Epckent can offer the rental sector Independent Inventories produced by a qualified inventory clerk.

Independent inventories are highly detailed documents, backed up by photographic records, which are particularly useful to landlords who have properties in good condition or who have tenants of uncertain reliability. The service is also of benefit to property agents who outsource the inventory function and who need a quick response.

Cost depends on size of property and quotations can be supplied on request.

Property Photographs
Photographs of the interior and exterior of of a property can be provided for agents or owners. These are taken in natural light and with flash to give to give a choice of photographic style. Floorplans
If an order is placed for an EPC or inventory then professional floorplans can be supplied for an additional fee of £15.00.
